Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will only cover the cost of return if the product is damaged upon receipt. If you wish to return a product due to change of mind, the cost of return must be covered by you. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. A replacement copy, or credit note will be issued.
Refunds
We only provide refunds for damaged items. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment as soon as possible after the product has been received back in store. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for any price difference and for the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may require you to provide photographs of the damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

- Sale items
Shipping
Unless an item is damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
